    Position: Capacity Building Trainers – Customer Care for Health professionals

    Program Location: Lusaka & any other assigned location

    Type of contract: Internship

    Period of engagement: Six (6) months

    Program Summary

    Avencion has been spearheading customer care training for healthcare professionals. The training is focused on helping healthcare workers look beyond the medical needs of Recipients of Care (RoC) or Clients’ needs that transcend their physical needs by incorporating emotional and psychological support on their journey towards wellness, particularly for people living with HIV since stigmatization is quite prevalent. You’ll also be assigned other capacity-building activities to improve program performance.

    Required Attributes for Capacity Building Trainers

    Demonstrated ability for public speaking to professional audiences in delivering content with confidence.

    ➢ Strong command of written and oral communication.

    Strong facilitation skills in stirring the audience to fully participate in a congenial and affable manner that stimulates active participation.

    ➢ Ability to guide discussions with clarity and able to affirm participants.

    Scope of Work

    Support in providing leadership in customer care training content delivery with other facilitators ie. GRZ trainers and other implementing partners.

    Support develop familiarity with training content to be able to respond to queries with confidence.

    Assist deliver content and coordinating overall activities to ensure successful implementation of training sessions.

    Identify potential candidates for the training of trainers based on an outstanding performance from individual contributions of participants per cohort.

    Ensure training sessions are incident-free and recognize institutional hierarchy and work within acceptable norms.

    Assist prepare training report outcomes

    ➢ Represent Avencion organization goals and image in a positive and commendable manner.

    Support capacity building sessions for program teams

    ➢ Any other duties assigned by the supervisor
